The challenge

Job seekers often rely on separate tools for CV reviews, rewriting support, and interview preparation. These tools rarely connect the different stages of the job-search process into a single workflow. The client needed a product that could assess a CV, identify areas for improvement, guide users through strengthening weaker sections, and then use that information to support realistic interview preparation.

The solution

Clywell built ReworkCV as a full-stack application using Next.js, with production deployment on Vercel and payments handled through Stripe. Users can upload CVs in PDF or Word format and receive an immediate rule-based review at no cost. Users who require deeper analysis can purchase credits through Stripe to unlock AI-powered scoring and detailed feedback. The platform also provides a guided CV rewriting workflow. When users choose to improve their CV, the system asks targeted follow-up questions about weaker sections and uses their responses to generate a stronger draft. The interview-preparation workflow extends the same experience beyond the CV. Users can generate mock interview questions using their CV alone or in combination with a job description, answer questions individually, and receive question-by-question feedback on their recorded responses.
